Common questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Most items start at 30 pieces. Shirts start at 10, standard pens at 100, mailer boxes at 100, paper bags, cups and wrapping paper at 300, and signage at 1. Each product card shows its minimum.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the item, quantity and decoration. Share your target date and we will confirm a schedule in your quotation, including rush options where available.
What is your order process?
Payment comes first. We then create a digital mockup for your approval. Once it is approved, we produce one actual sample before mass production. For custom packaging, we provide the digital mockup only.
What print and branding methods do you offer?
UV printing and laser engraving for most items, full-color print for apparel and bags, and foil stamping, embossing or lamination for packaging. We recommend the best method for each material.
Do listed prices include the logo?
Yes. Listed prices include the item and a UV-printed logo up to 2×2 inches, unless the item says otherwise. A bigger logo changes the price.
How do you deliver orders?
We deliver nationwide through third-party couriers, or you can pick up your order. We can also arrange special delivery methods for an extra charge. For orders outside the Philippines, we ship internationally via DHL.
Are you a registered business?
Yes. CreatoPrint PH is SEC, BIR and PhilGEPS registered. We provide formal quotations and billing documents for corporate and government procurement and accreditation.
